The technician arrived on time, was professional, and clearly explained the process. Overall I'm extremely satisfied with the work that they provided and the pricing was fair especially for the level of expertise and service provided.

I can not say enough good things about this company. Pearson was great to work with. Our floor bubbled up, and water started coming through our carpet, we had a water damage company come out, but the leak could not be located. I contacted PLD on New Year's Eve, Pearson offered to be at our home in a couple of hours or he could be here first thing New Year's day. He had over an hour commute, but was out here promptly New Year's morning, he was so thorough, kind and professional and spent so much time making sure he found the leak and explaining everything along the way. Once he found it, he did not leave until he returned all appliances to their locations and hooked everything back up and helped clean up. We cannot recommend Pearson at PLD enough.
